- This study aims to determine and to analyze the effect of production rate, employee costs, and length of business duration on the income level of furniture industry in Bukir Village, Gadingrejo Subdistrict Pasuruan City. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis test, and Coefficient of Determination. Based on the findings, it showed that the production rate and length of business duration had significant influence on the income level of furniture industry in Bukir Village, Gadingrejo Sub-district, Pasuruan City. Meanwhile, employee costs did not have significant influence on the income level of furniture industry in Bukir Village, Gadingrejo Sub-district, Pasuruan City.
