- Every member of the organization has a perception and feelings the quality of its organizational, it can be defined as an organizational climate. The existence of organizational climate can be from various factors is transformational leadership. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational climate. This is a kind of quantitative research. The number of respondent is 105 people’s, using incidental sampling. Scale of transformational leadership is Multifactor Leadership Questionaire, and scale of organizational climate is Organization Climate Questionaire. Data analysis using simple regression. The result of research showed that transformational leadership significantly influenced to the organizational climate.
