- Helping other jobs outside of the duties that the employees are responsible for (OCB) is indispensable for the survival of the company. One of the factors that influences the OCB is the style of leadership. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style to OCB. Subjects in this study are employees level 10-13 totaling 100 people. Measuring tool used in this research is MLQ and OCB scale. Data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS21. The results show that there is an influence between transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style toward OCB employees. Transactional leadership style has more influence on OCB than with transformational leadership style.
