- This study aims to determine the factors of financial problems and the settlement financial problems at Warung Mikro in PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri subdivision Office of Pandaan. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative by using field research technique. Data collection method in this research is using interview, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were obtained by interviewing directly to the bank concerned. Based on the existing criteria, 2 informants were obtained. Data analysis method was done by using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis obtained, the majority of customers of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pandaan experiencing problematic financing is the decline in profits on business customers. However, other factors such as collapse, layoffs, and non-natural disasters also affect the rotation of financing at Warung Mikro PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pandaan. The solution offered to resolve financial problems by others banks include: restructuring of financing, insurance claims, transfer of billing (subrogation), liquidation of collateral (auction), and write off. Handling of financial problems is not always in accordance with SOP which has been determined but given according to condition customer of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pandaan.
