- The needs of individuals while studying is the academic achievements as well as nonakademik. While academic achievements influenced by motivation factors achievers on that individual. The motivation of the individual owned achievers tend to experience increased and decreased. Sibling rivalry is the behavior of aggression and hostility between sibling result of attitude or parenting parents who applied. Behavior sibling rivalry is often the cause of occurrence of motivation factors individual achievers decline. This research aims to know the relationship of sibling rivalry with the motivation of a child at the time of the late achievers. The subject in this study are students of class V and VI at the elementary school Muhammadiyah 06 Tile-Banyuwangi a number of 116 people. Data retrieval using a scale of sibling rivalry and the motivational scale overachievers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis using the method of correlation of Test Product Moment. The results showed that there is a negative relationship between sibling rivalry with motivation achievers during the final child with value (r =-0575; p = 0000 < 0.05).
