- Employee behavior that greatly contributes to organizational progress is organizational citizenship behavior. One of the factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior is organizational climate. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior. The design of this study is quantitative. Research respondents were 80 contract employees by using purposive sampling method. The measuring instruments used are organizational climate scale, and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data analysis used is simple regression. The results showed that organizational climate significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (r 2 = 0, 808 ; p = 0,000, with effective contribution of 8 0 ,8%).
