- In machinery, problems occurred during mechanical manufacture. One of it mostly faced by technical experts is fatigue, which is difficult to be estimated and should be microscopically observed such as signs of fatigue fracture in axis. Fatigue as the result of recurred continuous fluctuation of strains on component structure should be concerned as it is directly correlated to desired usability term. Therefore, it is produced simple fatigue rotary bending test tool. Method implemented in producing this machine initiated by designing concept, figure presentation and identification on material used. This fatigue tool used ASTM E-466 specimen standard. Result shows that it needs 0,5 HP power with 1400 rpm motor rotation and axis with 2 cm diameter. The considerable number of rotation is 3.483.879 with 114,25 kg/mm2 of tension.
