- Radio is one of the mass media be means of delivering a message through audio (sound) which can be heard by the community. Just like other mass media organizations, the radio also has a management and is responsible for the success of a radio. The purpose of this research is to know the management strategy in improving the performance of broadcasters on Radio Kalimaya FM in Bhaskara Malang. This research used the qualitative approach with type a descriptive basis strategy management and broadcasting. The existing organization structure of PT Radio Kalimaya Bhaskara amounted to 5 (five) persons who become subject to techniques of observation and data collection interview semistruktur. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis Miles and Huberman (data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and withdrawal of the conclusion) by using the triangulation method as a test. The research results obtained are the radio management strategy in improving the performance of broadcasters in Radio Kalimaya Bhaskara already pretty well cover corporate strategy, management of radio broadcasting and management human resource management ( HUMAN RESOURCES) as well as an increase in performance of the broadcaster.
