STUDI PENGGUNAAN ANTIPLATELET PADA PASIEN INFARK MIOKARD AKUT DI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM AISYIYAH MALANG

- Background: Acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) is the sudden death of a part of the heart muscle due to plaque rupture which is one of the deadly cardiovascular diseases after heart failure. Based on ECS, PERKI, and CCN that antiplatelet such as klopidogrel combination assosiate is effective to reduce mortality by 46% and reduce recurrent ischemic events. Objective: This study aims to determine the pattern of antiplatelet used in patients with acute myocardial infarction including dose, way, frequency, and interval of drug administration associated with laboratory data and clinical data. Method: This study was observational with retrospective method in acute myocardial infarction patients from January 1 to December 31,2017 in Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital Malang. Results and Conclusion: The use of single dose antiplatelet was 39 samples (16%), combination 2 antiplatelet were 130 samples (55%), combination 3 antiplatelet of 5 samples (2%). The most widely used antiplatelet is Clopidogrel (1x75 mg PO counted 28 people (71%), antiplatelet 2 most used combination of asetosal (1x80 mg) PO+clopidogrel (1x75 mg) PO counted 65 people (50%), while antiplatelet 3 combinations of the most widely used are Asetosal (1x80 mg) PO+Clopidogrel (1x375 mg) PO+Ticagrelor (2x90 mg) PO for 2 people (40%).
