PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS SENAM AEROBIK DI SORE DAN MALAM HARI TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR BURUK PADA MAHASISWA FISIOTERAPI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

- Background : The physiologist needs is the most important needs because if this needs is not fulfilled so the human do not have the ability to fulfill the further needs. One of the physiologist needs is sleeping. The college student has risk of sleeping with bad quality. Aerobic for about 20 minutes could increase the temperature and metabolism of the body and they would re-decrease for some hours then. Aerobic could be conducted in the afternoon and at night and it also had the different response of physiologist. The Objective : To know the comparison of aerobic efectivity at afternoon and night toward the bad sleeping quality of collage student at Physical Therapy UMM. Method : Quasi experimental design, Non Equivalent Group Design with the purposive sampling technique. The respondents of this research were 24 people which were divided into 2 groups. This research was conducted 3 times in a week of 3 weeks. Result : In the afternoon aeribic group found that the average 4,25000, while the average in night aerobic grour was 2,91667. Both of the results showed that there was the improvement of the sleeping quality. However, the result of the comparison from both of these two groups p is 0,251 > 0.05. Conclusion : Both of aerobic in the afternoon and at night affect on the sleeping quality of the college students at Physiotherapist Program of UMM. However, there is no significant comparison.
