- This research was held for about 3 weeks in Maron Sebaluh, Pujon, Malang District, East Java, on May 01 2018 to May 20 2018. The purpose of this research was to analyze the glucose value, bilirubin, and friesian holstein crossbreed calf cow urine protein. 30 cows were identified which consisted of several age groups. The observed parameters in this study were glucose, bilirubin, and protein inside the urine, the measurement was done by using dipstik test and the tool was 10 parameters strip test combur. Furthermore, the measurement was done by comparing colour on the reagent strip with indicator and reported semi-quantitatively as follows; +1, +2, +3, or +4. Analysing data in this research was using descriptive data by processing and assuming the primer and seconder data obtained. Based on the result, the measurement of glucose value, bilirubin, and friesian holstein crossbreed calf cow urine protein showed that the glucose value was normal 50 mg/dL, but the bilirubin and protein showed otherwise, bilirubin with 1 mg/dL and protein with 30 mg/dL. The conclusion obtained from the identification of glucose value, bilirubin and protein inside the urine with 30 samples were as follows; the identified glucose value average was 50 mg/dL, bilirubin value was 1 mg/dL, protein value was 30 mg/dL and the percentage from the identification of each was glucose 3,3%, bilirubin 67 %, and the last was protein 6,7%.
