- In a very complex, dynamic and advanced information and communication technology process will undergo a change of condition which is less expected, because of the lack of ability of controlling system in maintaining process or procedure that exist in an industrial system. Then this study aims to improve the performance of employee discipline in the industry by means of tool implimentation NFC to raspberry with monitoring LED touchscreen and using WEB. NFC capability to raspberry by using WEB to facilitate admint view employee data in detail. Then in the design and simulation procedure of NFC to raspberry include 2 stages: first stage modeling of NFC system to directly connect to raspberry and LED touchscreen, then second stage how to data employee bias access at wed server using IP address.
