- Milk pasteurization is a process that keeps the milk temperature in order to erase the harmful bacteria, and the keeps only the good bacteria. In milk pasteurization there is LTLT (low temperature long time) method.LTLT method is basically done by heating the milk until reach the temperature of 63-66 o C and maintained at that temperature for 30 minutes. In this paper there has been realized a system design to control the temperature of pasteurized milk by PID control system. In designing this system we use DS18B20 sensor that has a function to check the temperature in milk. In this design we use AC light dimmer to regulate the temperature of milk. To increase the operational system, it needs a mobile application which is not limited by distance.This heating process can be monitored through the android system because it has been based IoT. When an error occurs then the android system can perform an action. From the testing results of the tools as a whole the system can work in accordance with the initial planning that can reduce and raise the temperature when the temperature exceeds the setpoint limit specified by the user.
