- Electricity is needed for everyday life, support the human life from work and other activities in daily almost all use electricity. Therefore, the demand for electricity continues to increase and the rate of growth to reach 7% per year and to distribute electrical energy to the consumer required a good electrical installation and correct. Installation consists of various electrical materials such as: conductor cable, KWH meter, MCB, zekring, switch, and socket. To ensure the safety and reliability of the quality of installed materials must meet the standards of PLN-LMK. But according to the news that there is still frequent damage and even until a fire caused by short circuit electric current. This can happen because the material is old and must be replaced or material that is not SNI. Therefore, to anticipate the occurrence of these events are expected to have awareness of the importance of attention to the quality of electrical materials and the need for maintenance of electrical installations in their homes.
