  • This research was conducted at PT. ANTAM is a nickel mining company in the maintenance department. During this time the target company has not been achieved because of frequent breakdowns on the production machine, so it is necessary to the proper maintenance methods in order to minimize the number of breakdowns on the production machine. One machine that suffered the most high is the engine impeller breaker. Improvements that have been done still corrective maintenance so that in case of sudden failure would create serious problems in the next process.In this study using Centered reliabilty maintenace (RCM) and the model Age Replacement for lower levels of breakdown and schedule maintenance on the machine obtain impellerbreaker.The results were obtained interval treatment components streaking blade and the front impact on the machine impeller breaker with the reliability value of the minimum limit of 60% is 14 days for the component streaking blade and 25 days for the components of a front impact and cost saving treatments can be done by the company after use analysis age replacement is Rp. 95,924,980 or 17.8%. forcomponent streakingblade with care as much as 26 times and Rp. 72,530,976 or 33.3%.
