- Interpersonal communication can provide positive and negative influence in the world of work. The positive influence will make the situation more conducive because the meaning of the word which conveyed can received better and proper by the consumers and it makes them satisfied on the service. However, negative influence will make the situation not conducive because the meaning of the word not conveyed clearly and it makes the consumers disappointed on the service. Administration office is one of units that work to provide a service through interpersonal communication. The research subject was the students of master’s degree at Program Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang as the recipient and respond on the service of employees at administration office. The aim of this research to find out whether influence or not the employees interpersonal communication in administration office at Program Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang through the level of students’ satisfaction service with social assessment approach theories. The researcher took 77 students as the sample of this research by using random sampling technique. Furthermore, the research findings analysed by using quantitative method. The technique analysed was Uji F and Simple Regression Linear by using SPSS 20 for window. Based on the result of this research, there were positive influence and significant through the level of students’ satisfaction service in which, the better interpersonal communication of the employees, it more increased the level of students’ satisfaction service that perceived by the students of master’s degree at Program Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Thus, the level of satisfaction service influenced by good interpersonal communication of the employees.
