- This thesis examines the influence on the status of women towards life career households and the factors that led to the divorce in the household of a career woman in court religion of Malang. This research aims to know the influence of women's career and status factors cause the occurrence of divorce in households in the religious court of Malang. This research method using qualitative approach method field (Socio Legal Research), researchers conducted a study with the way the interview directly to some respondents to find the facts of the case. The results showed that the phenomenon of women's careers are already prevalent in public life to become a Sustainer of the family economy. Islam does not forbid a wife becoming Lady career during that profession more bring benefit for the life of his household, with the support and camaraderie of a husband in realizing the welfare of his household. As for some of the factors that often occur in the life of a career woman household mnyebabkan the occurrence of divorce is the economic factoc), the lack of mutual understanding between each other, the lack of mutual trust husband against the wife, and the presence of a third party (the affair).
