- The discrimination of Myanmar against the Rohingya ethnic is continued and never resolved even impressed omission by the Myanmar because Rohingya ethnic is not avowed as Myanmar citizens. It is seen by Myanmar government involvements that limit the citizens’ rights of Rohingya ethnic. In this study, the researcher using explanative research method, as well as data collection in the library, researcher used the concept of diplomacy, character theory which is PBB as international organization expected to be able to resolve the conflict Myanmar society and government discrimination with Rohingya ethnic by diplomacy method. PBB character as international organization expected to be able to resolve Myanmar society and government with Rohingya ethnic discrimination by diplomacy method.
