STUDI PENGGUNAAN CLOPIDOGREL PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP ( Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo)
Daftar Isi:
- Background : Ischemic stroke is a permanent nerve disorder due to disruption of cerebral hemorrhage occurring around 24 hours caused by cerebral artery occlusion due to blockage of thrombus, embolism, and arterosclerosis resulting in decreased cerebral blood flow. Risk factors of stroke itself include hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, age, sex, and family disease history. The usual therapy is given to ischemic stroke patients is antiplatelet drugs such as Clopidogrel which plays a role to inhibit platelet aggregation so as not to re-form a blockage in the arteries. Objective : This study aims to determine the pattern of Clopidogrel used in patients with ischemic stroke including dose, way, frequency, and interval of drug administration associated with laboratory data and clinical data. Method : This study was observational with retrospective method in ischemic stroke patients from July 1 to December 31, 2017 in Public Hospital dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Result and Conclusion : Clopidogrel is only used singly in ischemic stroke patients with doses (1x75mg)/orally as many as 20 patients (100%).
