- The purpose of this study to describe turnover intention, job satisfaction and job stress at PT. Selecta on unit Taman Rekreasi Selecta in Batu and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention. Samples of employees amounted to 55 peoples using simple random sampling technique. Analysis tool to know the level of turnover intention, job satisfaction and job stress using range scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used to know the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention. The results showed that turnover intention in the high category, low job satisfaction category, and high job stress category. The results showed that turnover intention in the high category, low job satisfaction category, and high category job stress. The result showed that job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and also job satisfaction and work stress had a simultaneous effect on turnover intention.
