  • This study aims to describe the impact of work motivation and work discipline to employee performance CV. Kuda Mas Malang. The sample consisted of 33 employees of production department selected by using Total Sampling technique. In this study used Likert Scale analysis and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The findings indicated that employee performance was moderate, work motivation was moderate, and work discipline was moderate. Work motivation influence performance employee (3.074 >2.034). Meanwhile, work discipline significantly influenced performance employee (3.005 > 2.034). The result of Simple Linear Regression analysis, work motivation and work discipline significantly influenced performance employee. Moreover, by comparing the regression coefficients, the most dominant variable influencing performance employee was work motivation.
