- The progress of computer technology is very rapid in all aspects such as educational institutions, offices, industries, and laboratories. One of them is a college that adopts computer technology as a facility in teaching method. Constraints often faced by universities such as financing the implementation of limited infrastructure and lack of laboratory optimization as in the use of the device. Diskless is a computer network or machine that can operate without the support of local storage media (storage or disk). This does not mean that the machine has no disk at all. All data is stored centrally on one diskless computer network server. LTSP uses linux operating system as its installation, so two cheap solutions from both hardware and software side in one package of LTSP technology we will get. Please note, to build a LTSP system, the server computer specifications should be tailored to the number of client computers.
