  • The research objective is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation both partially and simultaneously on the performance of CV. Cita Mandiri. The study population was all employees in various snacks, amounting to 31 people. The sample used total sampling. Research variables are organizational commitment and work motivation and employee performance. The analytical tool uses a range of scales, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Testing of research hypothesis using t-test and F test. The result of scale range analysis showed that employee performance included in the high category, employee organization commitment included in high category and employee work motivation included in the high category. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that organizational commitment and work motivation significantly influenced both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Suggestion for the next researcher is developing research by using other variables outside the variable of organizational commitment and work motivation.
