- The analysis of feasibility on investment opening of health laboratory of PT Candra Buana Citra aimed to know the feasibility of the business plan and ability of investment in giving profit to the company. TVBFhe feasibility was analyzed in six aspects, namely market aspect, technical aspect, management and organization aspect, legal aspect, the environmental aspect and the financial aspect. In the financial aspect used three investment valuation method with the following results: The PP (Payback Period) method for 2 years 4 months 4 days. The NPV (Net Present Value) method obtained a positive value of Rp877.526.184,-. Calculation of IRR (Internal Rate of Return) method, obtained an interest rate of 34,18%. The conclusion of the analysis that had been done that is the investment plan opening of health laboratory PT Candra Buana Citra can be accepted or executed.
