- The purpose of this research is to know the result of financial forecasting of PDAM Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency on 2018 and 2019 and to know how the financial performance expected by PDAM Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency on 2018 and 2019. The results of the financial forecasting shows that financial forecast having a revenue growth in 2018 and 2019 of 13.45%. The result of financial performance analysis shows ROE in a poor condition, ROI in a good condition, Cash Ratio in a good condition, Current Ratio in a good condition, Collection Periods in a good condition, Inventory Turnover in a good condition, Total Asset Turnover in a good condition, and the ratio of Total Capital to Total Assets is not in a good condition.
