- This research was conducted to describe the condition of service quality and price in PT. Malindo Intitama Raya. The sample in this study is the consumers who visited as many as 47 people from all consumers who come to PT. Malindo Intitama Raya. Data analysis method used is range of scale. This study was conducted to describe employee performance and compensation at PT. Malindo Intitama Raya as well as to seek the influence of compensation on employee performance. The sample in this research is the employees of the production of 47 people from all employees at PT. Malindo Intitama Rata. Data analysis methods used are range of scale and simple linear regression analysis.
