- The purpose of the study was to describe non-physical work environment, work loyalty, work motivation and employee performance; examine the effect of the non-physical work environment, work lolitas and work motivation on employee performance. Population and sample in this research are all employees of production part as much as 73 people by using total sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed non-physical work environment was sufficient category, work loyalty low category, work motivation low category, and employee performance low category. Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance; Work loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance; Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Non-physical work environment, work loyalty and work motivation in simultaneously affect the employee's performance with the magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 70.1%.
