- Research on the influence of health and safety implementation on the performance of employees of Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Malang Fabrication unit has been done in February to March 2018. Independent variable is the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. Data collection is done by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population in this study were employees of Kebon Agung Sugar Factory on the Fabrication Unit as many as 62 and all are samples. The scale type of this study was measured using the Likert Scale model. The questionnaire was tested with validity and reliability. Data analysis was done by simple regression. The result of the calculation of the scale range on the level of employee performance in terms of 3 indicators, quantity, quality, and timeliness in general indicate the criteria of entering the good category. Implementation of health and safety at Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Malang in good criteria. Linear regression analysis showed that the implementation of health and safety has significant effect on employee performance of fabrication unit Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Malang.
