- This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously between training and work motivation with employee performance and know the partial influence of training and work motivation with employee performance. The research method used in this research is survey method with 35 respondents. The types and sources of data in use are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analytical technique used with scale range analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. While the partial training has a significant effect on employee performance is shown by the value of tct 3.209 greater value ttable 2.037, alpha 0.05. While the variables of work motivation partially have a significant influence on employee performance with regression result t count 2,543> ttable 2.037 with sig. 0.016 with alpha 0.05.
