- This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of PT. Hakamindo Petro Chem. The benefits of this study are providing information related to the work environment, work motivation and performance in PT. Hakamindo petro Chem. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Hakamindo Petro chem and using total sampling data collection techniques. Data collection methods in this study are using a questionnaire. Data analysis used in this study is using multiple linear regression with simultaneous and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation simultaneously and persially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Hakamindo Petro Chem, while the variables that dominate its influence on the performance of employees of PT. Hkamindo Petro Chem is a work environment.
