- The purpose of the research is (1) to describe the conditions of the working discipline, reward, punishment, and employee performance. (2) to know and analyze the significance of the influence of the working discipline, reward and punishment simultaneously on employee performance. (3) to know and analyze significance the influence of discipline work, reward and punishment partially on employee performance. The research sample is 40 respondent of Adira finance employee in marketing section Malang. The method in this research is a survey method. Analytical tools used in this research is the range of the scale, multiple linear regression, also f test and t test. The results of the research show that employee work discipline is high, rewards received by employees are classified as good, punishments that are assigned to employees are categorized as firm, employee performance is high. Simultaneously work discipline, reward, and punishment have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline, reward, and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. For the further researcher it is suggested to expand this research by adding variables and increasing the number of samples studied.
