- This research was conducted to acknowledge and analyze the impactof financial and non-financial compensation to worker’s performance in PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik and to acknowledge which variable is the most dominant to the workers’ performance.By adjusting the sample of ninety there respondents then the hypothesis test used here are the F test and t test. To analyze the data, the multiple linear regression analysis is used. The results stated that financial and non-financial compensation simultaneously made a great effect to the workers’ performance. According to the partial test each variable (financial and non-financial compensation) has a significant effect on employee performance. While variable the financial is a compensation variable is the most comprehensible variable.
