  • This study aimed to test employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, to test and analyze the most influential variables on employee performance. The population of this research is all the employee of operational which amounted to 30 employees. Analytical tools which are used to determine the level of employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment is a scale range analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to know the contribution of each independent variable that consists of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the dependent variable that is employee performance. The results showed that job satisfaction is in the medium category, organizational commitment is in a low category and employee performance is in the medium category. The result of analysis known that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an effect on significant to employee performance, job satisfaction has the most dominant effect on employee performance.
