- Drying machine for grain designed in this research to be used in small scale, especially when the weather is not appropriate to dry grain with sunlight. By using husk of grain waste, energy needed is recycling. Design method used in this experiment is analysis descriptive theory which describes literature comparison. Dimension obtained applied to drawing process with engineering software. The dimension is 1200 mm in height and 5000 mm length also 800 mm width completed with electric motor of 1,22 kW power. Container plate used SS 201 stainless steel and ST 42 for frame. Efficiency in drying resulted 98%, fuel needed for once process is 3,24 kg of husk.
