  • In industrial, material processing conducted with various techniques to transform raw material state into finished product where one of it is casting. It is product processing where metal diluted in melting furnace and poured into mold cavity. Casting is also effort to complete metal characteristics and improve its quality. The use of different alloys will result cast products in different quality as well. This research purposed to find out the influence of variation number of silicone toward impact, Vickers, and microstructure tests on aluminum alloys. Aluminum combined with variation number of Si in 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25%. The highest and the lowest strength value, respectively, on Al-10% Si is 0,180 J/mm2 value and on Al-25% Si is 0,167 J/mm2. Meanwhile, for the highest and the lowest hardness value, respectively, on Al-25% Si is 117,372 VHN and Al-10% Si is 86,493 VHN.
