- This research aims to stabilize the flame of liquid fuel (hexana) in meso-scale combustor that use evaporation segment and flameholder. Meso-scale combustor made from quartz tube deep diameter 3,5 mm. A segment made from quartz inserted between flameholder and heat resikulator to prevent cooling flame by fuel. Experimental testinf gives the following result : Butane burning gives Flammability limit curva that wider than liquid fuel (hexana) . The flammability limit that formed is on zone fuel-rich mixture with the lowest limit on the equivalent ratio 0,546714 and highest on the equivalent ratio 1,467881. Reactant speed velocity in meso-scale combustor of the lowest can be achieved at the value 17,5706 cm/s and the highest speed achieved at the value 30,5542 cm/s . The flame is wider and thicker as the reactant velocity increases with the constant equivalent ratio and the flame is thicker as the ratio increases with rhe constant velocity of the reactant. The fire temperature increases with the increase of reactant velocity and the fire temperature decreases with the increase of the equivalent ratio.
