- This research aimed to find out and analyzed classification Guest House based on the application of TQM in the Guest House in District Klojen City of Malang. Methods of analysis used cluster analysis with 18 guest house as an object of research and the 22 statements regarding TQM in the questionnaire. The research results indicated there are 2 groups of Guest house that is formed on the basis of the application of TQM. The first group is guest house with the application of the TQM theoretical, have vision, oriented to quality with balanced human resources and given the freedom to engage in it, and always do a continuous improvement focuses on the wants and needs of consumers. The second group is the guest house with the application of total quality management which is built with a strong teamwork and commitment in the long term to implement it. For both groups, it is important to maintain an already strong TQM variables and need to improve the TQM variables that hasn't applied.
