- The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of work ability and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Perhutani Anugerah Kimia partially or simultaneously. In this study, the respondents were permanent employees of production, the population was a total permanent employees of production amounting to 35 people, and the sample used the total sampling which was taking from the entire population. The analyze tool used multiple scale and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis test used t test and F test. The result of scale scale analysis showed that employee performance is high, employee work ability is good and employee work discipline is high. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the ability of work and work discipline significantly influence partially or simultaneously on employee performance. Suggestion for the next researcher is to develop the research by using other variables outside the variable of work ability and work discipline because the result of the research shows that the work ability and work discipline can explain the performance only 52,4% and 47,6% explained by other variable.
