  • The purpose of this research are to describe turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on marketing employees of PT. Astra International Tbk-Honda "So Blora 2" and analyzed the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediation variable. Sample are 51 marketing employees with purposive sampling technique. Scale analysisb is used to dercribe the level of turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Path analysis is used to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediation variable. The results showed that turnover intention, in the low category, job satisfaction category is very high and commitment category organization is very high. The result showed that job satisfaction had negative effect to turnover intention, job satisfaction had positive effect to organizational commitment, organizational commitment had negative effect to turnover intention equal to job satisfaction has a negative and effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment and test of sobel indicate that organizational commitment proven can become variable of mediation.
