- This study aims to describe the behavior of cyberloafing, work stressor consisting of: role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload; examine the effect of work stressor consisting of: role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload on behavior cyberloafing; analyze the role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload that most influence on the behavior of cyberloafing. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire. Total population and sample 34 respondents taken by total sampling. Furthermore, the data were analysed by using a range of scales scale and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed low category cyberloafing behavior, low category ambiguity roles, low category role conflict, and low category role overload; role ambiguity and role overload have a negative effect on cyberloafing behavior; role conflict has a positive effect on cyberloafing behavior. Work stressor consisting of: role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload simultaneous influence on behavior cyberloafing; role conflict variables are variables that most influence the behavior of cyberloafing.
