- This research aim to know the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance on Inspired27 Store Malang. This analysis have been done with simultan test that is F Test and Parsial Test that is T Test. There are three variables which is used to measure that analysis among others compensation, work discipline and employee performance. This research done to 37 employees in shopkeeper and warehouse. Based on the 3 variables used in the study of 37 employees using F test shows the compensation and work dicipline affect the employee’s perfomance, while T test shows that the most influental compensation on employee performance.
