- Electrical Engineering major of Muhammadiyah Malang University need facilities to share ideas, delivering latest information that is accessible for alumns. Concerning this as problem, that there were no such facilities in Electrical Engineering major of Muhammadiyah Malang University, writer decided to create an android based application and website in order to give an easy access for alumn and current students. Methodology used in this research were based on literature research, such as books, journals and internet articles. Necessity analysis about future application system were done by interview procces to get necessary data. This system were designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) method. Model planning displayed through diagrams that categorized system according to specific aspect. Planning implementation were planned to using CMS. This is important to apply contents that will be used in the application. The application were built using PHP program language and Java, tested using Blackbox texting method, giving pretty good accuracy on user and easy to access as final result.
