- The research objective is to examine the effect of customer satisfaction and confidence to re-purchase intention. The research sample of 100 respondents, which was taken by purposive sampling of the population of online shopping in the store. Path analysis showed that satisfaction and customer satisfaction positive effect on the purchase intention in the online store, and the trust is able to mediate the influence of customer satisfaction on repeat purchase intentions.
