- UD Sri Tanjung is a company engaged in agriculture, The company is processing the dry grain harvest (GKP) into certified seeds. This research was conducted with the aim to know and analyze the results of assessment of supply chain performance. The method used to measure supply chain performance is using Performent Of Activity (POA) which is connected with supply chain performance matrix by means of questionnaire distribution this is aimed to see the value of each variable. The results of the research indicate that the assessment of suppliers to companies with bad criteria is available supply chain availability consisting of order fulfillment lid time, perfect order fulfillment and production flexibility on capability. As for the assessment of the company to customers who have no good criteria exist in the cash to cash cycle time on the variable cost.
