- This study was conducted to determine the significant effect of product quality and brand image on brand loyalty to Wardah cosmetic customers in Matahari Malang Town Square. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis on 150 respondents that have been determined using purposive sampling technique as the method of sampling by using questionnaires for data collection. The results showed that product quality had positive and significant effect on brand loyalty from Asimp value. Sig 0,000 <0.05 and brand image positively and positively affects brand loyalty from 0.000 <0,05.
