- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career, leadership, and motivation development through job satisfaction of employee of BPR TDN Pare. This research used quantitative with descriptive type and the primary data were obtained by taking questionnaire from BPR TND employers as the respondents in Pare. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with the number of samples is 35 respondents. The technique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of career, leadership, and motivation development partially satisfaction of employee of BPR TDN Pare.
