- With the advent of the Internet, comes a new type of crime or manjadikan using the Internet as a place to commit a crime, including the trafficking of pornography. Some of the business on the Internet's most successful are those who operate websites or porn websites. This study takes the problem statement: What form or forms of pornography that entered in terms of electronic transactions in the virtual world (Internet) in the perspective of Article 27 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 year 2008 about the Information and Electronic Transactions? This study uses the method of normative juridical approach and juridical exploratory in addition to legal materials collection techniques, namely a literature study and eksplor to the Internet. Legal material in this thesis is that library materials can be books, papers, journals, law books, newspapers, Internet sites, encyclopedias and other related issues that were examined. Then the data from research results are qualitatively analyzed. The results of this study is that the transaction is a type of crime pornography offenses decency, for pornography in the transaction which is the object of transactions in the form of drawings, photographs, text, sound, moving images, cartoons and games (games) that it contains sexual material or something that can generate sexual desire and violate ethical values in society.
