  • This study aims to describe and find out the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously on employee performance in PT. Nalagareng Resources. The respondents in this study were employees as much as 39 people, which were selected through census method. The analysis tools used was rating scale and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing was conducted using t-test and F-test. The results of the rating scale analysis show that the employee performance is high, leadership style and organizational culture applied by the company is good, and organizational commitment owned by employees is strong. While the results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that the leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment has a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on employee performance in PT.
