- The research objective to analyzed any activity that does not add value to the process of delivery of spare parts; identify and analyze the factors that influence the lack of value addition in the process of delivery of spare parts; propose improvements to reduce activities that do not add value. The method used is process graph, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the stages in the delivery of spare parts that do not add value that is at the stage: examination, delay, and storage. While the factors that influence the absence of value addition in the delivery of spare parts that are material factors, human factors, and layout factors (warehousing activities).
