- This research to describe employee performance, compensation and work discipline employee Hotel Maharaja, and also to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of compensation and work discipline to employee performance Hotel Maharaja. This study was used total sampling, conducted by distributing questionnaires to 37 respondents especially room and cleaning division. The techniques used for the analysis are the range of scale and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed employee performance included in the high category, compensation included in enough category and work discipline included in the high category. Partially and simultaneously compensation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance. Among these two independent variables, compensation variable has the dominant influence on employee performance.
